2025 PAVILION SCHEDULE

Please ensure all rules and requirements are read before submitting exhibits. Entry Forms: must be submitted with the exhibit.
Entries must be delivered to the Showground Pavilion: - Nonperishables sections B, F, G, H J, K, L, M, N & O will be Friday 14 February 4-6pm or Saturday 15 February 2025 between 8.30am- 12pm. - Perishables sections A, C, D, E & I will be on Saturday 1 March 2025 between 8.30am -12pm. The pavilion will close at 12pm for lunch and judging for the Sections will commence at 1pm. All exhibits must be collected from the Pavilion between 2pm - 4pm on Show Day. If not collected at this time, entries will be discarded. |
